Goal Setting in 2009!

The new year is upon us and as we all know we will all be setting goals for the coming year. But some of us will fall off of our paths on the way there. Never Give UP! Only you have the power to control achievement of those goals. Here are a few things to help you stay on track next year.

1. Write Down your goals
2. Set small goals in between to show your progress
3. When you feel like sleeping in and avoiding those goals is when you should push yourself more to get up and do it. (This is called your "Breaking Point", either you will or you will never.)
4. Tell Everyone your goals. Its easier to be consistent when people are asking you about your goals.
5. When you complete a goal, Cross it off your list. There's no better feeling than to know you have completed your goal. Plus, it leaves room on the list for a new goal.

Keep working hard, and stay focused on your goals for 2009!
