The only way to increase the number of push ups that you are able to do is to "DO THEM!"
The best way that I have found to increase your number of push ups is to start gradually and work your way up. Start with just 10 push ups in the morning just after you wake up and 10 at night before bed. Continue each week by increasing the number by 10.
If you really want to see an increase, try doing 20 push ups without stopping Each Hour of the day. I guarantee that you will be sore your first week, but after that its pure strength. Increasing your number quickly and with ease. Then after your first 2 weeks see how many you can do non stop before you get tired. I'll bet that you surprise yourself. Go ahead and make it happen!
