Hachi Dachi - Ready Stance
Kiba Dachi - Horse Stance
zenkutsu Dachi - Forward Stance
kokutsu dachi - Back Stance
neko ashi dachi - cat stance
hajime begin / start
mawate turn around / change direction
yame stop
